At Centria Healthcare, we provide private duty nurses and home health aides to support pediatric and adult patients who need medical care in the comfort of their homes - proudly serving families across Michigan.
We're seeking someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people to support our clinical and field-based teams through the onboarding process.
•What you'll do:
- Coordinate new hire paperwork and credentialing requirements
- Communicate with healthcare professionals about licensing, certifications, and training
- Track compliance with state, federal, and payor regulations
- Assist with audits and maintain up-to-date personnel records
- Provide outstanding customer service to internal teams and external partners
What will help you succeed:
- Background in HR, recruiting, customer service, or healthcare administration
- Familiarity with compliance processes or medical terminology
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Clear communication and a proactive, problem-solving approach
