Soliant islooking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our school team for the upcoming academic year. This full-time, onsite role primarily serves students in 5th and 6th grade, with occasional responsibilities supporting 9th grade and high school students as needed. In this role, you will provide essential mental health services to help students thrive both academically and personally. You will play a key part in creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment. Responsibilities: Deliver individual and group counseling sessions tailored to student needs Address emotional, behavioral, and academic concerns through therapeutic interventions Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop support plans Provide crisis response and short-term mental health support when necessary Help foster a positive school climate through prevention and education efforts Qualifications: Must hold a current LPC license in the state of Oklahoma Experience working with children or adolescents in a school or clinical setting is preferred Strong ability to build rapport with students and school staff Skilled in managing a varied caseload across multiple age groups Additional Information: Full academic year commitment required Daily presence on campus is essential to support students and collaborate with staff Main focus will be on 5th6th grade; support at the 9th grade and high school levels will be provided as needed You'll be part of a team that values student well-being and professional collaboration
