We're hiring for a Fulltime Office Manager for a local manufacturer.

Required Qualifications Must have working knowledge in Payroll, Time, and Attendance Must have working knowledge in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and general ledger Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word & Excel Proficient in using email software (company uses Goldmine) Familiar with ERP System (company uses Job Boss) is a plus Organized, self-motivated, team oriented Good phones skills Written & verbal communication skills
Essential Responsibilities: Handle financial data using computer automated office- this includes Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Purchase Orders, Bill Pay & Payroll entries Greet clients, visitors, and team members Assist with variety of administrative tasks which include: Faxing, copying, taking notes & assist team with administrative tasks
Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm $20.00 to $25.00 per hour BOE
