Required Qualifications
Must have working knowledge in Payroll, Time, and Attendance
Must have working knowledge in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and general ledger
Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word & Excel
Proficient in using email software (company uses Goldmine)
Familiar with ERP System (company uses Job Boss) is a plus
Organized, self-motivated, team oriented
Good phones skills
Written & verbal communication skills
Essential Responsibilities:
Handle financial data using computer automated office- this includes Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Purchase Orders, Bill Pay & Payroll entries
Greet clients, visitors, and team members
Assist with variety of administrative tasks which include:
Faxing, copying, taking notes & assist team with administrative tasks
Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
$20.00 to $25.00 per hour BOE
