Are you an organized, people-focused professional looking for a stable weekday schedule? We’re seeking a full-time Office Coordinator to support our front office operations. This role offers daylight hours, Monday through Friday , with no holiday shifts required — perfect for those seeking work-life balance.
As the Office Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Practice Manager to lead front office staff, coordinate scheduling, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll be a key resource for patients, families, staff, and physicians, helping to create a welcoming and efficient environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
·Previous experience with Epic is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right candidate!
Key Responsibilities:
·Accurately collect patient demographic, insurance, and referral information
·Ensure precise and efficient patient scheduling
·Foster a patient-centered culture aligned with consumer-focused initiatives
·Monitor and meet scheduling benchmarks, including template management
·Lead and coordinate front office staff scheduling and assignments
·Collaborate with the Central Billing Office on denial work queues
·Oversee daily charge input accuracy for both inpatient and outpatient services
·Manage staff orientation, training, and cross-training to ensure coverage
·Analyze patient caseload and physician intervals to maintain appropriate staffing
·Promote a positive customer service atmosphere through staff development and feedback
·Assist in hiring, evaluating, and supporting front office team members

Candidates must meet one of the following education and experience combinations:
· Bachelor’s Degree in any field plus at least 6 months of healthcare experience
· Associate’s Degree in Healthcare, Business, or a related field plus at least 1 year of healthcare experience
· High School Diploma or GED plus at least 2 years of healthcare experience
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting with renewal
Act 33 with renewal
Act 34 with renewal
Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
