Community Connections for Independent Living, LLC ensures individuals who have sustained a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) receive individualized, supported-independent residential services that allow them to attain the highest level of independence, confidence, and community inclusion possible that reflects their personal goals.Through direct and in-direct supervision from our Occupational Therapists and ancillary staff, our residents receive support that enhances their level of function in IADLs.Occupational Therapists at Community Connections for Independent Living, LLC are fundamental members of our residents’ rehabilitation team and vital in upholding the organizations’ mission and philosophy through a comprehensive and collaborative therapeutic approach.
