Occupational Therapist -Schools

Salary: $1575 / Week
The Occupational Therapist COTA or OT is responsible for performing client evaluations, developing and providing occupational therapy services, and documenting services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each patient.
Minimum Requirements:
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice
Must be a graduate of an accredited school or program of Occupational Therapy
One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred
Current CPR if applicable
TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
