RAM Recruiting - Abingdon Care Center, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Green Brook, NJ, is seeking a compassionate and driven Occupational Therapist to join our rehab team. We are a mid-sized facility with a strong focus on resident care, offering a welcoming environment where therapists can make a meaningful impact every day.
Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and implement individualized occupational therapy treatments for residents
Promote independence in activities of daily living through therapeutic interventions
Collaborate with nursing, rehab, and interdisciplinary teams on care plans
Document treatments and progress in a timely and accurate manner
Participate in discharge planning and patient/family education
Requirements:
Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist license
Experience in a skilled nursing facility or rehab setting preferred (new grads welcome)
Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
Passion for improving quality of life in the geriatric population
