New Today

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered therapy services across a variety of healthcare and medical settings. As an integral member of a multidisciplinary care team, you will evaluate patients with physical, cognitive, and psychosocial challenges; develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans; and help individuals restore function, increase independence, and improve their overall quality of life. Working within our healthcare and medical services department, you will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, physical and speech therapists, case managers, and family members to ensure coordinated care that is aligned with each patient’s goals and abilities.

In this role, you will perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations, including standardized and non-standardized assessments, functional ability measures, and home and environmental evaluations. You will use your clinical judgment to identify meaningful, functional goals and design individualized interventions focusing on activities of daily living (ADLs), instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), functional mobility, upper extremity function, cognition, and safety awareness. Treatment may include therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular reeducation, activity modification, adaptive techniques, and the recommendation and training of assistive devices or durable medical equipment.

As a therapist with Jackson Therapy Partners, you will have opportunities for dynamic placements in settings such as hospitals, inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing facilities, outpatient clinics, and community-based programs. You will document evaluations, daily treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with facility, payer, and regulatory requirements. You will participate in care conferences, provide patient and family education, and contribute to discharge planning to support safe transitions of care. Consistent with our culture of respect, integrity, and advocacy, you will uphold ethical and professional standards, maintain patient confidentiality, and practice in alignment with current evidence, state practice acts, and professional guidelines.

The ideal candidate is patient-focused, adaptable, and comfortable working in varied clinical environments while maintaining a high standard of care. You should be able to manage a caseload efficiently, prioritize competing demands, and communicate clearly with patients, families, and colleagues. Jackson Therapy Partners supports your professional growth by offering access to diverse practice settings, collaborative teams, and ongoing opportunities to enhance your clinical skills. If you are a licensed Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping patients achieve meaningful, functional outcomes and eager to practice in a supportive, team-oriented culture, we invite you to bring your expertise to Jackson Therapy Partners.
