• Your work is based on a structured schedule planned months in advance, typically consisting of rotating 12 or 24-hour in-house shifts. This model allows for significant blocks of time off to recharge and pursue personal interests.

• Patient safety and continuity are ensured through collaborative handoffs, utilizing a structured and thorough sign-out process with the team of physicians and midwives.

Compensation and Benefits

Candidate Requirements

• Candidates must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

• An active, unrestricted Florida medical license must be held or be obtainable.

• A collaborative mindset and a passion for inpatient medicine are essential for this role.

• This position is not eligible for J-1 or H1-B visa sponsorship.
