Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - PRN

Overview

Matrix Medical Network pioneers the first national in‑home clinical network, providing comprehensive health assessments to improve health outcomes and lower costs for patients across the nation.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct adult/geriatric assessments—including medical history, diagnosis, treatment, health education, referrals, case management, follow‑up, and documentation according to Matrix guidelines and protocols.
  • Administer and order point‑of‑care and lab‑based testing as needed.
  • Collaborate with physicians, case managers, social workers, family members, key caregivers, and ancillary medical personnel.
  • Collaborate with Primary Care Physician on patient education and follow‑up as necessary.
  • Provide services at the member’s place of residence (home or Skilled Nursing Facility).

Benefits

  • Flexibility – visits scheduled based on provider availability from Sunday to Saturday, 8 am–7 pm.
  • Competitive pay – $90–$115 per assessment, with potential monthly earnings of $1,800–$11,500 based on 20–100 visits.

  • Sign‑on bonus – $2,000.
  • Insurance coverage – Bodily Injury $100,000 per person / $300,000 per incident; Property Damage $50,000; Deductibles $1,000 or less.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience and satisfactory completion of NP licensure.
  • Current NP licensure in state of practice, including prescription authority or ability to obtain it.
  • AANP, AACN, or ANCC board certification in Adult, Adult Gerontology Primary Care, Adult Gerontology Acute Care, Family, Emergency, or Acute Care specialty.
  • Current BLS, ACLS, or CPR certification.
  • 1 year NP experience preferred; new graduates encouraged.
  • Valid state driver’s license and automobile insurance coverage for the state of residence.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with employee health/medical record software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
