Nurse Practitioner (NP) A Medical Practice is seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team and provide care at a skilled nursing facility in St. Louis , MO . New Graduates Are Encouraged to Apply! Generous Sign-On Bonus! 150K + Salary!! Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care to patients in a respectful and professional manner.
Support the physician by identifying immediate and long-term care needs, providing insightful recommendations, and implementing the physician’s plan of action.
Conduct patient assessments through interviews, physical exams, and comprehensive review of medical histories.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, updating records as needed.
Perform medical procedures such as administering injections, immunizations, suturing, and wound management.
Offer guidance and support to patients, educating them on treatment plans, development stages, emotional well-being, and health maintenance.
Develop and implement personalized care plans for ongoing patient management.
Ensure a safe and clean work environment by adhering to institutional protocols and guidelines.
Uphold infection-control measures to protect both patients and staff.
Stay current with legal and professional requirements, ensuring full compliance with regulations at the local, state, and federal levels.
Enhance professional knowledge by engaging in continuous learning opportunities, including workshops and professional networking.
Support the growth and development of healthcare team members through education and mentoring.
Contribute to team efforts by completing related tasks as needed.
Qualifications: Strong focus on health promotion, clinical skills, bedside manner, and infection control.
Expertise in administering medications, pain management, and self-development.
Must be Board Certified .
Previous hospital experience will be considered an asset.
