We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Manager to support our mission at our Bronx Boulevard and St. Ann's Avenue locations in Bronx, NY. Position Overview As a Nurse Manager, you will provide expert nursing care while leading a team of healthcare professionals. You will play a key role in ensuring patient care is delivered efficiently and effectively while adhering to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Deliver personalized patient education based on individual needs, and document appropriately. Participate in ongoing training and demonstrate proficiency in all relevant nursing procedures. Lead and manage clinical staff, overseeing hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure adherence to documentation requirements and workflows as outlined by HRHCARE quality standards. Review site quality data monthly, developing strategies for improvement with the leadership team. Coordinate and oversee laboratory operations and ensure all quality control measures are effectively implemented. Conduct routine audits to assess and enhance the quality of care. Facilitate patient follow-up for results and appointments as necessary. Provide direct patient care as needed, including health history interviews, assisting medical practitioners, and patient assessments. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and at least one year of experience in an acute care setting. 3 - 5 years of related nursing experience. Current New York State Registered Nurse License.
