Taylorville Skilled Nursing and Rehab is looking for Night Shift Nurses to join our growing team!

$2 Night Shift Differential!

As a Nurse with our facility, you'll perform a variety of duties that provide optimal patient care to our residents within your scope of practice. The LPN/RN is responsible for the overall nursing care/service on their shift, including the accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency calls, as indicated.

Your Job:

Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect. Responsible for the planning, coordination, and assurance of quality care services to residents. Provide nursing care within your scope of practice. Possess reliable transportation and the ability to be on time for assigned shifts. Work cooperatively with healthcare team members to maintain established standards of care. Maintain each resident's self-respect, personal dignity, and physical safety. Maintain accurate documentation of all care rendered. Encourage restorative care to obtain maximum resident independence. Any other job duties, as assigned by my management.
