We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join a dynamic healthcare team in Elmhurst, NY. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a clinical or acute care setting, strong technical skills in nuclear imaging procedures, and a commitment to patient safety and diagnostic excellence. Key Responsibilities: Perform a variety of nuclear medicine diagnostic procedures using approved protocols and techniques Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with safety regulations Operate imaging equipment such as gamma cameras, SPECT, and PET/CT systems Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate interpretation of scans Follow all radiation safety, infection control, and hospital compliance standards Participate in onboarding and EPIC system training Provide weekend and holiday coverage as part of the rotation schedule Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (acute care experience preferred) Proficiency in operating nuclear medicine imaging equipment Valid New York State license as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Required BLS certification - Preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and patient care skills
