Description/Comment:Our Portfolio Accounting Technology Advanced Credit and Risk (ACAR) team is looking for a mid-level software developer who will excel in a dynamic fast-paced environment. The ACAR service makes the final credit and risk decisions for most trades being processed at . The ACAR team works closely with numerous business and technical teams across the company, all the client channels (, Mobile etc.) and business partners ( Brokerage Accounts, Mutual Funds, Futures, Portfolio Margin, Fixed income etc.). Most of the project work is middle tier and backend, that involves supporting and implementing complex business logic.
Your responsibilities:
• Lead development efforts with moderate complexity and provide direction to more junior developers on the team. This role will be responsible for leading some of the moderate complex GCP/resiliency initiatives to meet AOP goals.
• Develop highly scalable software solutions using efficient algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming techniques.
• Participate in peer code reviews with a focus on ensuring established quality standards are being followed by the team.
• Participate in requirements analysis and scoping conversations with team members.
• Work to improve technology, tools and processes that are leveraged across Software Engineering job family.
• Actively participate in team meetings to ensure team deliverables are met.
• Create artifacts for projects such as technical specifications and metrics reports.
• Perform all development related activities to deliver high quality products, including writing and debugging code, reviewing pull requests, and documenting code and solution designs.

Looking for a Mid to Sr. Level candidate. developing applications for Windows platforms using C .Net. • + years working with Web API, REST Services, WCF or SOAP Services • + years of experience in database principles, such as SQL, Oracle, Aerospike or Mongo DB • + years leading projects with moderate complexity. • Strong .NET & C expertise on backend services with multithreading and memory management. • Very strong experience with object-oriented programming concepts, design patterns, development, implementation including algorithms and data structures. • Experience resolving code smells, vulnerabilities, and application security flaws. • A yearning to understand and leverage new tools and technologies. • Ability and interest in coaching and mentoring peers and junior staff. • Strong written and verbal communications, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to interact and communicate successfully with business partners and technology teams. • Self-motivated with a passion for resolving technical problems quickly and in line with platform strategy and vision. • Ability to conceptualize the best tactical approach for a team to deliver a solution. • Ability to effectively communicate complex software solutions to both technical and nontechnical audiences. • Professional experience with source code repositories tools, BitBucket, GitHub • Professional experience with CI/CD pipelines. • Professional experience with Agile methodology.
