Negotiations Analyst

The Negotiations Analyst is responsible for a variety of quality assurance functions striving to optimize business stakeholder experience and ensuring that business objectives are being met. This role will also monitor and analyze operational performance against established goals and objectives to provide better visibility to management. This will entail a combination report building, maintenance, and functional QC checks. The successful candidate will be a well-organized, analytical, results-driven individual with a business-centric approach when applying specific problem-solving methodologies, analyzing information, developing investigative strategies, and communicating results across business units.
Objectives:
Obtain understanding of quality standards and metrics within each Negotiations vertical.
Implement quality control and assurance processes. This will entail monitoring and evaluate functional area performance against quality standards and metrics
Report findings from quality control reviews to appropriate stakeholders.
Continuous refinement: Candidates within this role will review and improve quality reporting regularly by measuring and analyzing their quality results, identifying corrective/preventive actions, and evaluating/updating their quality standards and metrics.
What You’ll Do
Refine/build dashboards and/or reporting detailing Negotiations KPI metrics.
Extract information from company systems, activities, and customer inquiries to accurately track, analyze, and communicate outcomes.
QC of internal processes to ensure KPIs are met.
Audit vendor invoicing for accuracy.
Investigates and logs escalated matters sent by our internal stakeholders and/or Client’s.
Report defects and track resolutions.
Establish procedures and scenarios for quality control
What We Look For
Proficiency in building reporting within Salesforce and Looker Studio.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Interpersonal skills to collaborate with various process stakeholders
Outstanding project management; ability to set and adhere to strict deadlines.
Exceptional ability to manage individual time and tasks in order to meet or exceed productivity goals.
A candidate with a minimum of 1-2 years of financial services and communications experience.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and confidently on all levels.
Ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Experience with SQL
