Overview

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced NCCER Certified Riggers for projects located in Phoenix, AZ. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of $33-35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Rigging piping and working iron

• Pulling pumps and compressors

• Breaking down reboilers

• Labeling and organizing equipment

• Peeling back exchangers and bell heads

• Removing bundles

• Safely planning, selecting, and executing lifts and moves of heavy equipment/materials using specialized gear (slings, cables, hoists)

• Inspecting rigging equipment and selecting appropriate gear for load size

• Attaching loads securely and operating hoisting equipment

• Giving clear signals to operators for safety

• Dismantling, cleaning, and maintaining rigging gear to meet industry regulations

Requirements:

• • Minimum 4 years of verifiable ironworking/rigging experience

  • Current NCCER certification (required)

  • Proven experience in rigging, piping, and iron work

  • Strong safety record and knowledge of industry standards

  • Strong problem-solving skills in complex lift situations

  • Committed to workplace safety and teamwork

  • Able to work in physically demanding industrial environments
