ABOUT THE ROLE
The Named Account Executive is an experienced sales professional who drives strategic enterprise-wide sales initiatives into 10-15 targeted enterprise accounts across financial services, insurance, and healthcare verticals in the midwest territory. This role encompasses account and territory planning, prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing new business with large prospects and installed accounts. Named Account Executives directly impact Tungsten Automation's success and growth, reflected in excellent income potential.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Identify, qualify, orchestrate and close new business within assigned target accounts across financial services, insurance, and healthcare sectors, leveraging compelling ROI that Tungsten Automation solutions provide
Work closely with Lead Generation, Inside Sales, and Sales Engineering teams to create and manage a strong pipeline in both existing customers and prospects
Effectively manage multiple concurrent sales cycles across diverse industry verticals
Articulate the value of Tungsten Automation solutions to VP and C-level audiences aligned with strategic objectives in banking, insurance, and healthcare environments
Establish and maintain strong, referenceable relationships with our client base across all three sectors
Qualify and forecast deals accurately and consistently
Develop and execute field marketing activities to drive pipeline growth
Grow and maintain a deep network of contacts across all business lines within each target account (minimum 40 contact points per organization)
Collaborate with internal teams for effective prospecting and qualification, creating a pipeline of no less than 4X of target
Leverage Tungsten Automation's partners opportunistically for joint prospecting, qualification, calls or visits according to Enterprise account mapping plans
Maintain clean and up-to-date CRM records in accordance with management guidelines

Required Experience
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
8-12 years of successful sales experience selling enterprise software & service solutions to high-level executives within Global 2000 accounts, with strong preference for experience in financial services, insurance, and/or healthcare
Established relationships and network within major financial institutions, insurance, or healthcare verticals
Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed individual quarterly and annual quotas across multiple industry verticals
Proven success positioning and selling solutions aligned with customers' strategic objectives in regulated industries
Recognition of underlying operational objectives and requirements across financial services, insurance, and healthcare sectors
Experience selling RPA, cognitive capture, process orchestration, mobility and engagement, and/or analytics strongly preferred, particularly within highly regulated environments
Understanding of regulatory compliance challenges and operational efficiency opportunities within financial services, insurance, and healthcare organizations
Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
Strong intellectual capabilities, high enthusiasm, integrity, and passion for providing solutions to world-class customers
Ability to consistently close deals through effective negotiations and deal management in enterprise environments
Outstanding organizational and qualification skills to prioritize effectively across multiple industry verticals
Strategic sales training, solution selling and/or process-oriented sales approach
Hunter-type personality with boardroom presence and presentation skills
Strong work ethic and commitment to long-term success
Team-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
BS/BA or equivalent required (MBA preferred)

The base salary range for this role, across the US, is $110,063 - $187,107. Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.
