STUDENT PROGRAM FORMAT This student program will follow a hybrid/in-person model. Students will be based at the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan and are expected to work on-site 3 to 5 days per week, depending on business needs. Students are expected to work 24 hours per week, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Candidates who are selected for the program will work with their manager to determine a consistent weekly work schedule where candidates fulfill the 24-hour requirement, while balancing their class schedule. During the summer months, student employees may potentially work 40 hours per week. This determination will be at management’s discretion. Applications are accepted year-round, and student program cohorts start on a quarterly basis in January, April, June, and September, and students are intended to stay in the program until graduation.

DEPARTMENT DETAILS

The North America Feature Planning team helps shape the Stellantis corporate vision with the identification, ideation, and prioritization of new and innovative customer-facing feature concepts. Our team applies a customer-centric approach, heavily leveraging efforts within our research, competitive intelligence, and brand teams.

This role will be responsible for the following:

· Create or modify feature assets using photo or video editing software.

· Synthesize feature specific customer research and competitive benchmarking information.

A successful candidate possesses the ability to translate consumer insights into feature concepts with a blend of creative, technical, and program management skills. A passion for self-guided and in-depth research and reflection is critical in developing a well-rounded knowledge of the market and its opportunities for feature development. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Pursuing an Bachelor’s degree or higher in design from an accredited college or university

Achievement of at least Sophomore status at an accredited university at the time of hire.

Ability to work 24 hours per week, year-round PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Strong interest in automotive industry

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop Suite

Video / photo editing experience
