What We're Looking For

Active NMLS License (multi-state licensing preferred)
Strong communication and consultative sales skills
Driven, self-starting mindset with in-person availability
Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured sales environment
Previous call center or high-volume mortgage experience is a plus
