Responsibilities:

Help guide clients through the entire mortgage application process.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients as you gather the necessary documentation to file and close on their loan.
Provide exceptional customer service during every step of the loan process.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to keep your skills sharp and stay update on industry best practices.
Advise borrowers on their financial status and payment methods.
Achieve and surpass all goals and assigned objectives.
Develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans.
Make every effort to help resolve client issues.

Qualifications

NMLS License is required.
At least 1 year of demonstrated success in a sales environment.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
Must be comfortable building rapport with clients over the phone.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze and comprehend complex financial data and provide financial alternatives
Professional and effective interpersonal skills
Must be coachable and willing to learn new things.
