This is an exciting opportunity for an independently licensed therapist who is passionate about eating disorder treatment and enjoys the flexibility that comes with travel. This full-time role allows you to work collaboratively with multiple treatment centers, providing in-person clinical support where it's needed most. Your contributions will be essential during staff transitions, team expansions, or high census periods, ensuring continuity of care for our clients. All travel expenses are fully covered. Support for obtaining additional state licenses, reimbursed by us. Responsibilities Include: Deliver direct clinical services—including individual, group, and family therapy—at our residential and day treatment programs. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including medical providers, dietitians, and fellow therapists. Provide evidence-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care for clients with eating disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with all regulatory and organizational standards. Drive to various treatment centers across the U.S., with primary travel in California, Oregon, and New York, while also having the opportunity to obtain licensure in other states at our expense. Adapt and uphold our clinical philosophy and treatment model across multiple sites, ensuring consistency in client care and program standards. Qualifications: Master's degree in a mental health field (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPC, PsyD). Independent licensure required (must be fully licensed). License or license-eligible in California, New York, or Oregon . At least 2 years of clinical experience , preferably in eating disorders, trauma, or related fields. Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time (travel and lodging fully covered). Flexibility and a passion for high-quality, client-centered care.
