Staffmark is seeking a skilled Millwright Maintenance Technician to join a growing team in Bossier City, LA. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for setting up, repairing, and maintaining mechanical equipment and systems that are essential to daily operations. Your work will directly impact production efficiency, safety, and equipment longevity.

Pay: $20+/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Day Shift (Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair machinery and mechanical equipment

Work with motors, pneumatic tools, conveyors, and production machines

Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime

Assist with preventative maintenance and safety checks

Contribute to the efficiency and sustainability of operations through reliable maintenance support

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of maintenance or millwright experience

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Familiarity with industrial machinery and safety procedures

Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work under general supervision
