Job Details
Qualifications – Needed: Candidate MUST have experience selling OEM sales experience selling to rental companies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in heavy equipment, aerial lift equipment, or OEM-related field
Experience in B2B territory sales with quota achievement
Experience using CRM tools for managing sales pipeline and client interactions
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to travel 75% regionally
Key Responsibilities and Duties: Define and execute territory growth strategies alongside sales leadership
Build and manage strategic account plans for both prospects and current customers
Develop strong relationships with decision-makers and operators in the rental, construction, and OEM space
Utilize CRM to maintain pipeline visibility, log interactions, and track progress against sales goals
Generate leads using a variety of channels including trade shows, directories, and digital prospecting
Promote a full suite of offerings: new and used machines, parts, maintenance/reconditioning, financing, and training
identify client needs and recommend tailored, value-added solutions
Oversee proposals, close deals, and ensure post-sale delivery and customer satisfaction
Represent the brand at trade shows, regional marketing events, and product demos
Travel extensively within assigned territory (75%)
