This contract position is based in Chapel Hill, NC, serving a K-12 educational setting. The role focuses on providing specialized instruction through a blend of inclusion and resource services. Key Responsibilities: Deliver tailored educational support to approximately 20 students with a full range of disabilities. Implement reading, writing, and math interventions using the HillRap Program. Collaborate with general education staff to create inclusive learning environments. Develop and modify Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to meet student needs. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary. Foster a supportive and engaging classroom atmosphere promoting student growth and development.
