Our client, a highly respected asset management firm, is seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leaders in Human Resources and the Office of the General Counsel. Based in their Miami office, this is a high-visibility role that requires exceptional organizational ability, attention to detail, and the utmost discretion. The ideal candidate is proactive and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. Prior experience supporting executives in financial services is required. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior HR and Legal executives Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements Draft, edit, and prepare presentations, communications, and internal documents Act as a liaison between departments and external stakeholders Monitor email correspondence, flagging action items and ensuring timely follow-ups Support coordination of meetings, diligence sessions, and portfolio company interactions Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion What We're Looking For: 5–10 years of Executive Assistant experience in financial services, asset management, or a similar environment Experience supporting HR or Legal executives is a plus Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with expense platforms such as Concur or Expensify is helpful Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines Strong communication skills and a professional, service-oriented mindset High level of discretion and sound judgment What We Offer: Hybrid schedule, 4 days/week in South Beach office Base salary of $120,000 – $140,000 Discretionary bonus in line with market (15–25%) Exposure to senior leadership and meaningful involvement in business operations Long-term opportunity for growth within a stable, well-regarded investment firm
