Job Details
Qualifications -
+ Bachelors of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering (or higher) + Professional Engineering License (Texas PE or ability to obtain via NCEES) + 7+ years of total experience including: + 4+ years in the MEP industry + 3+ years in a project management role within MEP + Excellent communication and leadership skills Preferred: + Revit experience + Passion for improving the built environment and serving diverse communities
Responsibilities -
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams + Lead project planning and execution to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables + Monitor budget, schedule, and scope, identifying and addressing issues proactively + Facilitate and document project meetings (internal and external) throughout all phases + Review and coordinate all discipline drawings, specs, and consultant documents for consistency and alignment + Manage design deliverables, site surveys, and construction administration efforts + Guide internal design teams on prioritization and performance + Communicate project milestones, updates, and progress to leadership and clients + Participate in quality control reviews and implement project management tools + Provide feedback on team performance and suggest process improvements
