Responsibilities

  • Provide therapeutic services to clients within a licensed scope of practice.
  • Collaborate with clients to achieve treatment goals and maintain accurate, insurance-compliant documentation as supported by AI-assisted tools.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools to reduce administrative burdens and enhance client engagement between sessions.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and adhere to ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • Must be fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, or LP).
