Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW‑C, LISW, LP, etc.).
• Hourly pay $77‑$96 per hour, based on license type, session location, and session types.
• Therapists are responsible for securing their own location for in‑person sessions; SonderMind can assist with space sharing.
