Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Full licensure by the State Board to provide therapy independently (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW‑C, LISW, or LP).
• Hourly pay rate: $74–$92, based on license type, session location, and session type.
• Therapists must secure their own office space for in‑person sessions; SonderMind can facilitate connections with other therapists looking to share space.
