Mental Health Technician Opportunity - Barboursville School Location This is a  full-time or PRN  opportunity as a  Mental Health Technician (MHT) at River Park Hospital's  Barboursville Campus located at 5 Martha Rd, Barboursville, WV. River Park Hospital operates a total of mental health beds located on 2 campuses. Our main hospital campus is a -bed licensed mental health facility serving the needs of patients of all ages. Our second campus is Barboursville School housing a -bed PRTF licensed facility located on 8 acres in the center of beautiful Barboursville Park. Our mission is to assist patients in returning to their lives with the highest level of mental health. We offer a full spectrum of , which include acute inpatient services for older children, , and , along with a variety of for both children and adolescents. Website: The Mental Health Technician is a vital part of River Park Hospital's treatment team. This is a full time or PRN position with an opportunity to work on the Weekend Day (7am-3:pm), evening (Weekday 2-:pm & Weekend 3-:pm), or overnight shift (pm - 7:am). Our full time positions are hours per week and require employees to work every other weekend. There is a competitive shift differential for the evening, night, and weekend shifts. Requirements High School diploma or equivalent required College student who has obtained or are pursuing their degree in behavioral health, psychology, nursing or human services are preferred Six months experience in a mental health setting preferred, not required Valid certification as a nursing assistant preferred
