Latham Medical Group is looking for a Medical Assistant to join their team!

Centrally located, multi-specialty environment : Latham Medical Group is located in CCP's Wellness Way health park in Latham, NY, opened in 2024, offering a modern, thoughtfully designed environment-just minutes from Albany and surrounding Capital Region communities.
Responsibilities: Document verbal conversations and information into the patient records in an accurate, legible and timely manner. Maintain timely patient flow. Prepare patient for visit as appropriate, based on office/provider requirements. Obtain specimens (i.e., urine, blood, etc.) from patients as directed by the provider. Accurate and timely order entry into the lab system. Perform clinical office procedures as directed by the provider (i.e. EKG, PFT, etc.). Compensation: $15.50 - $22.00 per hour
CCP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth. Individual compensation is based on several factors unique to each candidate, such as work experience, qualifications, and skills. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.

Community Care Physicians is an Equal Opportunity Employer. High school graduate or equivalent. Previous medical/clinical experience preferred. Medical Assistant Certification preferred. Previous phlebotomy experience is preferred. Ability to use interpersonal skills to establish/maintain cooperative relationships with patients, families, members, physicians/providers, managers, co-workers, and external customers. Maintain strictest confidentiality and discretion. Knowledge of medical chart reporting/records. Experience with Allscripts is a plus!
