A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a  Mechanical Assembler.

Position type: Full Time, Contract

Duration: 6 months to possible extension

Location: McKinney, Texas 75071

As a Mechanical Assembler, you will: Setup shop orders and operate ovens Perform manual assembly and soldering tasks Use microscopes for inspection and precision tasks Follow detailed written work instructions Create non-conformances and rework in FOS Complete annual training requirements on safety, hazardous materials, and quality systems.

The ideal candidate will have: Experience in manufacturing, microelectronics, aerospace, or defense industries Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Basic computer (MS Office) and math skills Attention to detail and manual dexterity Experience working with microscopes Soldering experience to Military/ANSI/J standards Microelectronics or manufacturing industry experience Strong focus on safety and teamwork Ability to follow detailed work instructions and adhere to quality standards

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*:  $20.00 to $24.00 per hour

* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
