We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Measurement & Reporting Senior Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong data analytics skills, with the ability to manage ad-hoc reporting, mentor junior analysts, and provide guidance on dashboard creation and maintenance in a data-lake environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the team in initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage ad-hoc reporting requests from initial intake to completion, assigning ad-hoc reporting tasks within the team and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports
Develop and maintain all reporting job aids, including documentation and training materials
Mentor and guide junior Reporting Analysts, providing feedback and coaching to support their development
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop dashboards that meet business needs, using data-lake environment
Provide input and guidance on dashboard maintenance, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Communicate effectively throughout the Accenture organization, building relationships with stakeholders and team members
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years’ business data analytics experience
Minimum of 2 years’ data modeling and visualization experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
Knowledge of SQL and data modeling concepts
Advance reporting skills (e.g. using excel macros or related queries)
Certification in data analysis or related field (e.g. Google Analytics, Microsoft Power BI)
Professional skills:
Strong data analytics skills, with experience working with large datasets and complex reporting requirements
Proven experience in managing ad-hoc reporting requests and prioritizing workload
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels
Strong mentoring and coaching skills, with experience guiding junior analysts
Experience working in a data-lake environment, with knowledge of dashboard creation and maintenance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to changing priorities and deadlines
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
