Key Responsibilities Conduct experiments and perform a variety of technical procedures to support the development of materials for electronics applications. Execute special product development projects under supervisor guidance. Demonstrate strong laboratory and research skills, including strict adherence to safety protocols, accurate lab techniques, and thorough documentation. Collect and analyze data using the Albert digital system and provide timely updates to supervisors. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, or related field, with a focus on polymer materials preferred. Prior laboratory experience strongly preferred. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, independently or as part of a team, with minimal supervision. Hands-on, mechanically inclined, and enjoys working with machines, tools, and exploring new ideas. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard digital tools. Self-starter with a collaborative mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and proactive attitude. Effective project management skills with a strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.
