Job Title: Material Handler – 2nd Shift Location: Miami, OK Employment Type: Full-timeShift: Mon-Friday, 3PM-11:30PMSummary of the Role: A manufacturing facility in Miami, OK is seeking a 2nd Shift Material Handler to support the movement, storage, and tracking of materials throughout the plant. This position plays a key role in keeping production lines stocked and organized, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.Key Responsibilities: Safely move raw materials, finished goods, and scrap to appropriate areas Load and unload materials using forklifts and pallet jacks Stock production lines with the correct materials per work orders Ensure all material transfers and labeling are performed accurately Maintain accurate inventory counts and records for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods Communicate material status between shifts Remove trash and scrap bins from production areas Provide break relief to production associates when needed Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures Required Skills & Abilities: Strong safety awareness and ability to follow OSHA guidelines Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods Good communication and time management skills Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling Forklift experience is required; certification from Scepter or ability to obtain it Prior manufacturing experience preferred Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing setting (3 years preferred) Minimum 6 months of forklift experience required Compensation: Starting pay: $15.00 About Penmac Staffing: Penmac Staffing provides free, fast, friendly help finding a job!
