Product launches, inventory, pricing, and seamless operations all rely on one thing: clean, accurate, reliable data. As Master Data Integrity Manager, you will be the point person for ensuring style-level master data across ERP and PLM systems is precise, scalable, and built to support a fast-growing, multi-category business. You will partner across Product, Merchandising, Sourcing, Sales, Finance, and IT to resolve complexity, improve processes, and enable bold, data-driven decisions at scale.
What You'll Do:
Own style-level master data including costing, pricing, attributes, lifecycle status, and assortment hierarchies, ensuring accuracy and alignment across ERP and PLM systems.
Act as the primary liaison for data governance, partnering with Merchandising, Product Development, Sourcing, Sales, Finance, and IT to resolve conflicts and drive alignment.
Build and evolve governance frameworks, validation tools, and audit processes that maintain integrity while scaling with the business.
Oversee new style setup and ongoing updates across systems, ensuring flawless execution for new categories, divisions, and global market launches.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities, implementing smarter workflows, and integrating AI-enhanced solutions to improve speed and accuracy.
Monitor and resolve master data issues through the global inbox, supporting critical timelines and maintaining high service levels for internal partners.
Support ERP and PLM system enhancements and upgrades, testing functionality, and ensuring data workflows align with business needs.
Develop and track KPIs on data accuracy, compliance, and resolution SLAs to drive accountability and visibility across teams.
Maintain audit readiness and ISO compliance through rigorous documentation and process discipline.
What You Will Bring:
5 or more years of experience managing master data in complex, global environments (SKU-intensive consumer goods like apparel, footwear, or similar preferred)
Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred) and PLM workflows
Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Power Query; VBA a plus)
Proven ability to manage ambiguity and deliver quickly with precision in a high-growth environment
A process-improvement mindset with experience building scalable frameworks and exploring automation or AI tools for data management
Excellent collaboration and influence skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment across teams and functions
Experience supporting system integrations, upgrades, or large-scale data projects preferred
Pay Range: $80,000-$110,000 annually plus bonus based on experience
