Our brand is expanding quickly, and we are looking for creative and organized individuals to elevate the BW name. Total cash compensation is based on a $50,000 base pay plus earned bonus potential. Big Whiskey’s American Restaurant & Bar is a national franchise headquartered in Ozark, MO. The Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing Director in implementing and executing various marketing programs. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of marketing, be active on social media, and stay updated on social trends. This role involves supporting tasks assigned by the Marketing Director and assisting with guest relations and social media communication across the system. Individuals should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be willing to take on new challenges and projects with a creative approach. Benefits include: 401(k) with employer match Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee discounts Opportunity for advancement Job Duties & Expectations Support the Marketing Director in implementing and tracking marketing programs Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth marketing operations Assist in organizing various marketing projects Create and deliver marketing materials such as social media graphics, flyers, posters, and digital signage Maintain a content request workflow and meet project deadlines Provide basic social media support, including creating post templates and responding to content requests Organize and maintain digital assets for franchisee access Help organize guest relations protocols and promotional materials Assist with administrative tasks, campaign reporting, and special projects for the Marketing Director Communicate effectively in written and verbal form Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old Graphic design experience is required (basic knowledge of Canva, PicMonkey, or similar programs) Experience in social media content creation is preferred Familiarity with G-Suite is a plus Customer service experience is required Experience in a similar role is a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to lift 30-40 lbs.
