These agents help businesses streamline operations, improve decision-making, and also empower government entities to enhance security, intelligence, and operational efficiencyAbout the Role: Accrete AI Government is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to lead and manage customer-focused events, logistics, and government industry engagements. This role is pivotal in executing event strategies, managing logistics, coordinating with show organizers, and ensuring all engagements align with our federal marketing initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for all external government-focused events and shows, working closely with the Director of Federal Marketing to ensure strategic alignment, successful execution and budget management.Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Management & LogisticsPlan, manage, and execute all logistics for customer-focused events, trade shows, conferences, panel discussions, and exhibitions.Serve as the primary point of contact for all Accrete AI government event engagements.Coordinate event setup including booth design, shipping, staffing schedules, on-site logistics, and tear-down activities.Manage event registration processes and maintain accurate attendee lists and records.Budget Management & ReportingCollaborate with the Director of Federal Marketing to support event budget planning and allocation.Track event expenses meticulously to ensure events are executed within the approved budget.Prepare post-event reports, including metrics on attendance, engagement, lead generation, and ROI analysisConduct post-event surveys and feedback collection to assess event success and areas of improvement.Event Marketing & PromotionDevelop and coordinate marketing materials for events including signage, digital assets, brochures, and promotional giveaways.Support event campaigns by collaborating with the broader marketing team for pre-event, during-event, and post-event promotions.Track and manage lead capture and nurture processes from events, ensuring all leads are appropriately entered into the CRM system.Strategic Engagement SupportWork with the Director of Federal Marketing to evaluate and select industry events, conferences, and panel discussions that align with Accrete AI's federal marketing strategy.Assist with speaker coordination for panel discussions, ensuring all logistics and briefing materials are prepared.Data Management and ROI TrackingMonitor and maintain an organized event calendar with all key dates, deadlines, and deliverables.Track leads generated from events and maintain metrics for reporting event effectiveness and ROI.Collaborate with Director of Federal Marketing to develop and maintain a feedback loop to incorporate event learnings into future planning.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.3+ years of experience in event management or marketing coordination, preferably in the government, defense, or technology sectors.Strong project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines.Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.Proficiency in event management software and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Canva, Flodesk, Flocode.AI Literacy and use of AI tools is desired.Ability to work independently, manage multiple events simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
