Role Overview Movement Maker is a fast-growing website design and digital marketing agency serving vision-driven CEOs and service-based businesses. We are also building the personal brand of our CEO and Co-Founder, Leslee Owen, a speaker and advocate for female entrepreneurs.
We are looking for a Marketing Content Specialist & Coordinator to bring our content to life across social, email, and blog platforms. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, creative, trend-aware, and fluent in turning long-form content into high-performing assets.
Think: Marie Forleo-style video edits, smart captions, and repurposed blog or email content that reaches the right audience with the right message at the right time.
Key Responsibilities Content Repurposing & Publishing
Repurpose videos, blogs, podcast clips, and live content into formats for:
LinkedIn posts
Instagram reels and carousels
Email newsletters (via HubSpot or Mailchimp)
Blog content or article excerpts (via WordPress Elementor)
Organize and maintain a publishing calendar using your preferred system such as Trello, Later, or CoSchedule
Schedule and publish approved content consistently across platforms
Uses AI repurposing tools (like OpusClip) to generate initial video cuts, while ensuring final content aligns with brand tone, campaign strategy, and audience needs.
Light Strategy & Trend Awareness
Stay in tune with content trends across Instagram, LinkedIn, and email
Suggest hooks, CTAs, formats, or visual tweaks to boost engagement
Apply a deep understanding of what resonates with values-driven, C-suite female leaders
Organization & Performance Support
Track what has been published and what is coming up
Organize assets by campaign, platform, and type
Monitor engagement such as likes, opens, comments, and shares, and tracks patterns or wins to update best practices and enhance engagement
Short-Form & Long-Form Video Editing
Use tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or Edits to:
Create branded reels and short videos from podcast content
Add captions, overlays, and edits that elevate clarity and visibility
Ensure alignment with Leslee’s tone, voice, and visual identity
Team Collaboration
Report directly to the Strategic Operations Manager for workflow and deadlines
Collaborate with Leslee for voice, style, and creative direction
Communicate via email, Jira, and Google Chat
Maintain clear timelines and status updates using tracking tools like Jira
Qualifications & Skills Strong writing and editing skills with sample portfolio of applicable work
Experience repurposing content across multiple platforms
HubSpot and/or Mailchimp experience for email creation and delivery
Confident with video editing tools and visual storytelling
Organized and deadline-driven with the ability to manage multiple campaigns
Familiarity with WordPress Elementor for publishing blog posts
Bonus: Experience working with personal brands or female executive audiences
