If you’re a self-starter and can thrive in controlled chaos, Ludus is the place for you — it’s time to find your role ️ What You'll Be Doing Manage and optimize the technical aspects of our marketing stack (primarily HubSpot) to generate, track, and report leads and potential leads. Develop and maintain clear, insightful metrics reports showcasing the effectiveness and business impact of marketing and sales initiatives. Analyze data deeply, proactively identifying trends, key insights, and actionable marketing opportunities. Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns, providing targeted recommendations to improve performance using industry best practices. Create robust KPIs and performance scorecards tailored to performing arts audience segments. Present clear analyses and actionable insights to diverse internal audiences, bridging technical data and marketing strategy. Evaluate and recommend new marketing technologies to enhance team performance and efficiency. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align efforts and amplify results. Set up and track ad campaigns, working closely with marketing teams on targeting and retargeting strategies. Traits we're looking for (In no certain order) 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, or a closely related data-driven role. Demonstrable proficiency with HubSpot, including automation, reporting, and CRM management. Proven familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools, including: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) META Business Suite SE Ranking or similar SEO tools SimilarWeb or similar competitive intelligence tools Looker Studio, PowerBI, or similar data visualization platforms Bonus: Databox for dashboarding Working knowledge of SQL for querying and extracting raw data. Strong analytical skills with a track record of: Translating complex data sets into clear, actionable marketing strategies. Conducting hypothesis testing to identify meaningful trends and insights. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate data-driven insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
