As Managing Tailor, you will ensure the store and tailors/seamstresses operate efficiently and follow all company guidelines and procedures. You will foster a positive work environment. Responsibilities

• Comply with all operating standards and procedures pertaining to the daily operation and management of the store
• Fittings and finishing
• Helping and guiding tailors with day-to-day task
• Key Holder
• Scheduling clients
• Foster a positive work environment

Qualifications

• Clear/articulate English speaker
• 3+ years with Bridal, Couture, and men's alterations
• Very proficient with a straight stitch, blind stitch, serger, and steam irons
• Ability to pickup/move heavy, long, dresses
• Skilled in working with satin, beaded fabric, velvet, and all other fabrics
