As the Managing Director, you will be tasked with translating the company's growth strategy into scalable systems, empowered teams, and operational excellence. This includes evolving the service offering, driving financial performance, and ensuring the smooth delivery of services across various marketing functions. The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years' of experience, be adept at leading with clarity, and possess strong analytical and organizational skills. Familiarity with performance creative, DTC brands, and a range of marketing tools is essential. Success in this role will be measured by the consistent achievement of KPIs, the establishment of clear systems that support growth, and the recognition of the company as a top-tier performance agency.
