Starting Salary Range: $150,000 - $171,000; position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities: Set strategic plans for the next 1-2 years and manage associated risks. Lead initiatives to improve process integration using Customer Relationship Management tools. Develop and maintain communication plans with external affairs teams. Partner with internal SMEs to address complex customer questions on MISO's markets, operations, and planning. Prepare and deliver presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Support cross-functional collaboration through committee and project team participation. Develop and monitor departmental goals and manage team hiring, budgeting, and forecasting.

What we are looking for... Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science (Master's preferred). Experience working in customer management and/or energy markets (ISO/RTO background preferred). Strong collaboration, team development, and process improvement skills. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with virtual conferencing tools (Teams, Webex, Zoom). Knowledge of energy market implementation, transmission planning, and regulatory policies.
