This role is dedicated to building, delivering, and reinforcing high-impact CCO training and enablement tools to local Sales Consultants and Sales Leaders. You will work cross-functionally with CCO Operations and Product teams, and Sales leadership to ensure our entire Sales Team is confident, capable, and consistently executing.
In this position, you’ll lead both live and virtual trainings, follow up with sellers post-training to reinforce behaviors, and serve as a direct connection between our product strategy and seller performance. Travel up to 25%.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver compelling live and virtual sales training sessions with an emphasis on CCO to Sales Reps and Sales Leaders. Partner with GMs, SVPs, and CCO leadership to diagnose training/coaching needs and align programs with market priorities. Reinforce training through one-on-one follow-up, coaching sessions, job aids, and field observations. Collaborate with CCO Ops and Product teams to stay current on offerings and incorporate updates into training. Own the creation and iteration of CCO-specific enablement tools, including decks, playbooks, talk tracks, and objection handling frameworks. Track training effectiveness and seller adoption using metrics and performance feedback; adapt quickly to what’s working. Support broader onboarding and sales training programs as needed. Act as a subject matter expert on CCO strategy, including campaign packaging, pricing, and performance reporting. Qualifications: 3–5 years in sales training, sales enablement, or high-performance sales roles. Direct experience with field sales or territory management preferred. Comfortable facilitating training in both live and remote environments. Deep familiarity with the Valpak Clipp product suite, especially CCO offerings. Understanding and experience in the Deal, Certificate, Cooperative Marketing or digital coupon space. Proven ability to influence without authority and drive behavioral change through coaching. High energy, strategic mindset, and natural ability to connect with diverse audiences. Strong organizational skills and a bias toward action. What Success Looks Like: CCO sellers successfully propose CCO with confidence & accuracy. Training sessions are practical and actionable. Reps leave with clarity. You are sought out by leaders for coaching and field feedback. You make CCO sales training feel like a competitive advantage, not a requirement. #LI-CH1 Requirements:
