Management Trainee Responsibilities:

Engage with customers building relationships that allow for demonstration of wireless services

Highlight the benefits of our services and answer any questions thoroughly that customers may have

Actively communicate with customers when processing their sales orders to ensure an easy set up

Track sales performance, pinpoint improvement areas, and support coaching strategies to exceed team targets.

Handle escalated customer inquiries and any questions effectively and efficiently
