Maintenance Technician

We're currently looking for a maintenance professional who can take initiative and help anticipate problems before they occur. A maintenance technician often needs to communicate effectively with tenants, visitors and anyone else he or she encounters on the job.

Responsibilities would include but are not limited to; performing a range of property maintenance items, scheduling work orders according to priority, evaluating, repairing and maintaining plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems in the units we manage.

Skills Needed to Win:
* 1-3 years of maintenance experience
* Strong critical thinking and problem skills
* Detail oriented
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to problem solve in the field
* Excellent time management skills
* Ability to manage time and responsibilities independently
* Adaptive to change and willingness to be a lifelong learner
* A team player that is willing to work independently most of the day.
Compensation details: 23-25 Hourly Wage
