What You’ll Do: Perform general maintenance, repairs, and inspections Address basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC needs Respond promptly to maintenance requests and safety concerns Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment Coordinate priorities across both Northern Oaks and Southern Oaks Place

What You’ll Need: 18 years of age or older Valid driver’s license (required) TELS experience (required) Healthcare maintenance experience (required) Strong organizational and communication skills
