Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the operations team supporting the overall manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Shelton, CT
Pay Range : $26-$30/hr
Shift: 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday
What's the Job?
Perform maintenance and repair tasks on manufacturing equipment.
Diagnose electrical issues, specifically with 480 volts systems.
Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Document maintenance activities and report on equipment status.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
What's Needed?
Must have your own tools
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of electrical systems, particularly 480 volts.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
