Position Summary: Responsible for daily management of the maintenance of customer farms and company grow finish sites. Assist in the performance of preventive maintenance, repairs, and construction projects.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Performs routine/preventative maintenance/repairs on facilities/equipment, including, but not limited to : Building structures; Heaters; Fans; Cool Cells; Plumbing Systems; Augers; Electrical Systems; Small machinery, etc.; Sprinklers; Curtains; Pumps ; Gating/Crates; Appliances; Power tools; Alarms; Chutes; Concrete areas;Feed bins; Tractors/loaders

Miscellaneous -Welds and operates cutting torch; Keeps tools and other resources in good working order; Arranges outside services for things not qualified or able to do; Ensures quality and timeliness of all work done; Keeps supervisor informed/updated at all times. Qualifications Swine/Barn/Agriculture related maintenance preferred Proficient in English with strong communication skills Experience in industrial mechanics and maintenance Solid mechanical knowledge and ability to read schematics Familiarity with electrical systems and high voltage applications Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLC) and CMMS Skills in hydraulics, HVAC, and welding techniques

Pay: $55,281.00 - $59,172.00 per year
